Helicopters have strict weight restrictions at high altitudes. Passengers weighing above 75 kg will be charged Rs. 2,000 per kg for weight exceeding 75 kg. If two or more passengers in a group have an average weight of 75 kg, extra charges will not be applicable.

Helicopters have strict weight restrictions at high altitudes. Passengers weighing more than 75 kg will have to pay Rs. 2,000 per kg for additional weight.
Extra weight charges will be applicable on the additional weight exceeding the average permitted weight. For example, if two persons weigh 60 kg and 95 kg, their total weight is 155 kg, whereas the combined permitted weight is 150 kg. In this case, additional charges will apply to 5 kg.
If the additional average weight exceeds 25 kg, the passenger will be charged for an additional seat. For example, if one passenger weighs 60 kg and the second passenger weighs 120 kg, their total weight is 180 kg, resulting in an additional average weight of 30 kg. In this case, the passenger will have to pay for an additional seat at a cost of INR 1,25,000.

Passengers are advised to mention their correct weight in the booking form. If the declared weight is found to be incorrect at the time of travel, boarding may be denied. A maximum variation of 2 kg will be permitted, subject to additional charges.

Helicopters have limited weight-carrying capacity. To manage weight for safe flying in the hills, passengers may be shifted between helicopters. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated on the same helicopter flight, as per the pilot's recommendations.

The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri is above average, while accommodation at Harsil, Sersi and Badrinath is of a 3-star to 4-star standard.

The package price is based on twin-sharing rooms. For a separate single-occupancy room, an additional charge of INR 25,000 per person, inclusive of taxes, will apply.

The helicopter schedule mentioned in the itinerary is fixed. However, helicopter operations in the hills depend on several factors, including weather conditions. Timings may change due to operational or technical reasons.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included at all hotels. At the Dehradun hotel, only dinner is included in the package. Any additional expenses must be paid directly by the guest.

Children above the age of 2 years will be charged for a full ticket. The applicable charge for an infant below 2 years is INR 15,000 per infant.

Rescheduling a booking to a later date is subject to availability and payment of 5% of the package cost. Rescheduling will be permitted only if requested at least 15 days before the journey date. If rescheduling is requested less than 15 days before the journey, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and a fresh booking will be subject to availability.

Seat blocking amount: INR 25,000 per person.
Bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total package price.
The remaining 50% payment must be deposited 7 days before arrival in Dehradun.

If bad weather affects the journey on any day of the 5-day itinerary, the operator will attempt to complete the darshan on the following day. For example, if bad weather prevents flying to Kedarnath on the third day, the operator may attempt to arrange both Kedarnath and Badrinath darshan on the fourth day. If any Dham cannot be visited due to bad weather, a proportionate refund will be provided according to the applicable policy. If two Dhams cannot be visited, 50% of the payment will be refunded after deducting the costs of Dehradun accommodation, meals and any other services already consumed.

If bad weather extends the stay beyond 5 nights, passengers will bear the cost of additional accommodation. The applicable charge for an additional night is INR 7,500 per person per night.
